What it is

On combine harvesters, every hour of downtime during harvest costs hundreds of unharvested hectares. Gromar manufactures custom replacement parts for harvesters of the main brands — John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Valtra — with delivery times significantly shorter than the official channel for many components.

We work from the technical drawing supplied by the customer, the physical part for reverse engineering, or joint development from the functional specification. Materials and tolerances sized for the real application in the field.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which combine harvester brands does Gromar serve?

We serve the main brands on the market: John Deere, Case IH, New Holland, Massey Ferguson, Valtra and others. Since we work from the customer's technical drawing, a physical part for reverse engineering, or joint development from the functional specification, we can manufacture parts even for older harvesters or those with discontinued OEMs.

Does Gromar work from a worn part as reference?

Yes. We reverse-engineer even from worn parts, recovering the original dimensions by comparison with regions not subject to friction and by analyzing the mounting surfaces. Our team determines the material, critical tolerances and probable heat treatments. It is the most common route for field replacements, when the producer has no original drawing.

Which materials does Gromar use in harvester parts?

We work with carbon steels, alloy steels, cast iron and stainless steels according to the part's real application. Transmission components and bearings usually use hardened alloy steels; shafts call for carbon or alloy steel with carburizing; parts exposed to corrosion use stainless. Common heat treatments include quenching and carburizing. We define the material based on the part's function in the field.

Do Gromar machined parts come with a warranty?

Yes. Warranty terms are defined by contract according to the application and part type. As a process, our machining is certified to ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015, with audited quality in every batch — including dimensional control, material traceability and verification of the applied heat treatments. Every part is delivered with technical documentation.

Does Gromar serve customers outside Brazil?

Yes, we serve rural producers and dealers throughout Brazil. Machining takes place in Piracicaba/SP and shipping is handled by carriers specialized in industrial freight, with priority dispatch during harvest season. We also serve international companies — for customers abroad, contact our sales team to arrange logistics.
