Chuck, transfer plate, center star, rear guide, ball ring and more. Custom CNC machining, with shorter delivery than the original OEM.
Request a Quote WhatsAppWhen your capper needs a spare part that the original OEM takes months to deliver or has discontinued, Gromar manufactures it to order. We work from the technical drawing supplied by the customer or reverse-engineer the original part — in both cases with ISO 9001:2015 assurance.
We serve the main systems on the market (C.I.H. and Pick-Off) and the most common manufacturers (CSI, Krones, KHS, Sidel, Alcoa, Bevcorp and others). Typical lead time significantly shorter than importing from the original OEM.

Manufacturing industrial parts and equipment since 1986 with multi-sector expertise.
Work from technical drawings or reverse engineering, tailored to your equipment.
Shorter lead time than OEM imports for many components, with technical support from Brazil.
We serve the main manufacturers on the market, including CSI, Krones, KHS, Sidel, Alcoa, Bevcorp and others — in both Cap In Head (C.I.H.) and Pick-Off systems. Since we work from the customer's technical drawing or reverse engineering of the original part, we can manufacture components for any brand, even discontinued OEMs or importers with long replacement lead times.
Yes. When the customer does not have the original technical drawing, we reverse-engineer from the physical part (even if worn) or from detailed measurements and photos. Our team captures dimensions, materials and critical tolerances, and delivers a technical drawing along with the finished part. It is the most common route for parts of imported cappers with discontinued OEMs.
Yes. We respect the original specifications for material, heat treatment and dimensional tolerance, and operate with processes certified to ABNT NBR ISO 9001:2015, with audited quality in every batch. We use 304/316 stainless steel, tool steels and engineering polymers according to the application. Every part ships with documented dimensional control for traceability.
For many components Gromar's lead time is significantly shorter than OEM imports, which can take weeks or months due to international logistics, customs and the manufacturer's production queue. For critical cases with a stopped line, we expedite dispatch. The exact lead time is quoted per request, according to component complexity and material availability.
